Yes. You should send an email to reservas@barcadouro.pt expressing interest in purchasing a gift voucher. Informing the intended cruise, number of participants and the name of the voucher holder.

You must make the special meal request at the time of booking your cruise and at least 24 hours before departure.

The reservation is only considered effective after written confirmation by the Reservations Department.

In Gaia: at the base pier located at Cais de Gaia, near the cable car building. If you come in the direction of Ponte D. Luís to Ponte da Arrábida, next to the river, our boats are the first. GPS Coordinates 41°8’14″N ּ 8°36’54”W

At S. Bento station, our guides will meet in the main atrium of the station, under the Departures and Arrivals information panel.

You must bring the booking confirmation voucher/email containing the cruise name, the date, the name of the person responsible for the booking and the number of passengers. If for any reason you do not have the printed voucher, you can show the voucher in digital format.

For boarding to take place normally, we advise you to be present at least 10 minutes before the start time of the program.

The cancellation of any reservation by the Client obliges the Client to pay 15%, 30%, 75% or 100% of the total price of the cruise depending on the cancellation made 30, 15, 7, 3 or less days in advance of the cruise start date.
In addition, the Client will be charged all expenses and charges incurred by Barcadouro with bank charges, transport, hotels or any other non-refundable charges.

They are fluent in English, French and Spanish.

All the services mentioned in the program description are included (they can be: meals, transfers, rail or bus transport, accommodation and visits to Quintas da Região).

Barcadouro reserves the right to randomly assign or reserve seats on the lower deck of the vessel. On the solar deck there are no pre-defined/reserved seats nor the possibility to do so.

Yes, bar service is always operational throughout the cruise.
It is not included in the Retail Price.

Yes. We ask you to send the request to reservas@barcadouro.pt with the description of the program of the event you want to hold (include: date, number of passengers, program, sailing duration, etc.). Subsequently, a commercial promoter from Barcadouro will contact you.

Barcadouro has 5 boats, and each route is assigned to the most suitable boat at the moment. Until the moment of embarkation, Barcadouro reserves the possibility of changing the vessel without prior notice.
In terms of logistics and operationality, Barcadouro will appoint the vessel to operate on a cruise-to-cruise logic.

Yes. The vessels are equipped with all the equipment required by law, duly insured and inspected by the competent authorities.
