Useful Information

Departure Time:

• You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time indicated in the program.

Meeting Point:

• The boarding location varies depending on the program chosen.
• Always have the Voucher with you, it has most of the information you need for your trip.
• Make sure you have the phone number of your agency or operator.

Accessibility:

• All ships have different access conditions, please contact us to check the access conditions for people with reduced mobility.

Aboard:

• Your seat on board is reserved, you will be led to your table shortly after boarding, the assigned tables cannot be changed and are at your disposal throughout the journey.

Dietary restrictions:

• Information on dietary or other restrictions is the responsibility of the passenger.
• This information must be provided at the time of booking.

Other:

• At Barcadouro children up to three years old (inclusive) travel free of charge, but must be mentioned at the time of booking.
• The presence of animals is not allowed on board, except in the case of assistance dogs (Decree – Law No. 74/2007)
